"Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases." Luke 9:1
The disciple of Jesus Christ is called to walk in power and authority, in the earth realm. He or she has no greater calling than to represent God on earth. In this narrative, we see the Lord giving His true followers power and authority over demons and diseases. Note, Jesus never gives them power over people, only demons and diseases. My friends, you and I have been given that same power and authority, to represent God in this present age. As we begin to walk in power, healing, deliverance, and restoration, will manifest in the lives of many. Are you walking in the power of God? If not, today is the day you yield to Him and allow His power to flow through you.
